As organizations involved in trail management, Conservation Authorities have observed a need for greater collaboration to ensure the sustainability of Ontario’s trails. Accordingly, Conservation Ontario remains supportive of the vision, goals and objectives of the Ontario Trails Strategy and is supportive of the Ministry of Tourism and Recreation’s proposed improvements.
