The annual Conservation Areas Workshop will be held from October 23-25, 2019 at the YMCA Geneva Park in Orillia, Ontario.
This Workshop provides a valuable opportunity for training, networking, and collaboration for land managers and park staff of Ontario’s 36 Conservation Authorities. The annual Workshop provides an excellent opportunity for staff to connect, train and share experiences.
This year's workshop includes site visits at Wildwood Conservation Areas in St. Mary's (Upper Thames) and Goodrich-Loomis Conservation Area in Castleton (Lower Trent).
The CA Workshop Bursary Program supports free registration to some Conservation Authority delegates. Applications are due October 1st every year. (CLOSED)
The CA Innovation Award is provided annually to the Conservation Authority applicant who showcased an innovative way to promote their natural spaces and connect people to nature at one of their Conservation Areas. Applications are due October 1st every year. (CLOSED)
